Chop with kitchen shears. Drain off excess liquid if needed. 3. Lower heat and stir in cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella, and parmesan until smooth and creamy. 4. Gently fold in crab and crawfish. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. 5. Transfer dip to a baking dish, sprinkle with extra mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden! 6.
