Hi 👋 I got your book fro mother's day. I got a starter from Amazon and I tried your basic recipe. I don't know what I'm doing wrong 😣 First one I tried the autolyze thing but I couldn't mix it and it was super lumpy and didn't rise. Today's also didn't rise. It's really dense. I'm in FL, should I use less H20?

I purchased your book. For the very first sourdough recipe did you know anywhere with the delivery of our book that you have a typo on the bread flour it should be 3 and 3/4 instead of 2 and 3/4?
