crispy beef tacos or tacos durados🤎🌮 so easy & sooo delicious!!     recipe: ( i made about 6 tacos ) ingredients: 1 lb (450g) ground beef ½ small onion, diced (about 50g) 1–2 tsp oil (5–10ml) 1 tsp chili powder (3g) ½ tsp paprika (1g) ½ tsp cumin (1g) ½ tsp garlic powder (1g) ½ tsp onion powder (1g) ½ tsp chicken bouillon (optional) (2g) salt & pepper to taste flour tortillas  oil for frying (about ¼ cup / 60ml) in a skillet over medium heat, warm 1–2 tsp (5–10ml) of oil. add the diced onion and sauté until soft (about 2–3 minutes). add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. once it’s mostly browned, stir in all the seasonings and mix well. let it cook a few more minutes so the flavors really bloom and the meat browns a bit more. remove from heat and set aside.   pico de gallo: 2 roma tomatoes, diced (about 200g) ¼ white onion, diced (about 30g) 1–2 tbsp chopped cilantro (3–5g) ½ lime, juiced (about 1 tbsp / 15ml) pinch of salt minced jalapeño (optional)   for the pico, mix everything in a small bowl and adjust the salt or lime if needed. chill it while you finish the rest. creamy spicy sauce:  mexican table cream (crema) (about ½ cup / 120ml) a bit of hot sauce (to taste)( i used valentina & tabasco i think) kewpie mayo garlic powder chili powder salt & pepper (to taste) mix together and adjust to taste! it should be creamy, tangy, and a little spicy. to assemble:    add about 2 tbsp (30g) of the beef filling on one half of each tortilla as well as cheese and fold it closed. in a large skillet, heat about ¼ cup (60ml) of oil over medium heat. once hot, add the tacos & fry until golden and crisp on one side (about 1½–2 minutes), then flip and fry the other side. transfer to a paper towel to drain the extra oil.   for the cheese i used : 4 oz mozzarella  8 oz pepperjack      #beef #tacos #Recipe #fyp #crispytacos    ib: aflavorfulbite
