your cadence will pick up mate.. try doing 4 to 5, 15 to 20 second strides at the end of an easy run.. strides are a sprint at about 90% max effort..

This is class mate. A few tips… keep your shoulders low, arms moving and try to focus on breathing, inhale for about 3/4 steps, exhale for 3/4 steps
