I usually ask a flight attendant to show me my seat, and if anybody has already occupied it, FA just make them go. Peace, love, repeat if needed:)

Hat ja nicht nur was mit Fensterplatz o. nicht zu tun. Man soll auf seinem sitzen damit man bei einem Unfall evtl. identifiziert werde kann.
