@ryjewers: Continued ⬇️ — Here’s another Side Delt Mechanical Dropset to grow the delts into bowling balls 😎. This is another favourite one of mine that I am currently doing in my training block. Mechanical Dropsets are also great for limiting session duration, and because the side delts aren’t a focus for me, I like to use side delt Mechanical Dropsets a lot as it is a quick way to sufficiently work the side delts with 2 exercises in 1 practically 💁♂️ #bodybuilding #Fitness #exercise #fy #gym #motivation #gains #fit #lift #muscle
