![🌅 The Importance of Fajr Fajr is not just the first prayer of the day — it sets the tone for your entire life. Allah سبحانه وتعالى says: “Establish prayer at the decline of the sun until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur’ān of Fajr. Indeed, the recitation of Fajr is ever witnessed.” (17:78) The angels of the night and the angels of the day both witness the Fajr prayer. That means your worship at that time is doubly recorded and honored. The Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever prays the morning prayer is under the protection of Allah.” [Sahīh Muslim] Missing Fajr is not a small matter — it’s allowing Shayṭān to tie knots on your head and start your day in heedlessness. ⸻ 👤 Reminder for the Men For the men, the Sunnah is clear: Fajr should be prayed in the masjid with the congregation. The Messenger ﷺ said: “The heaviest prayers for the hypocrites are ‘Ishā’ and Fajr. If they knew their virtue, they would come even if they had to crawl.” [Sahīh al-Bukhārī & Muslim] So ask yourself — are you beginning your day under the protection of Allah, or under the deception of Shayṭān?
