in Zulu we call both blue and green by the same name but we distinguish by likening it to the sky or grass, so they can distinguish between the two

Yes in my language they are both green. to tell the difference you have to state that the other is for the sky. e.g (sky green)

Namibia is a country, it's not in SA. And they have the same word for blue & green not that they can't distinguish between the two.

Don't know about Namibia but Uhm I think South Africans can definitely tell the difference between blue and green 😳

In Setswana blue and green are both tala, they are distinguished by describing which tala it is of the sky or of the leaves.
