@ryjewers: Replying to @forrest.tt I’d suggest a straight arm or a slight bend in the elbow as opposed to a very bent arm for Lateral Raises. You could also just start with a straight arm or a slight bend, then upon reaching failure, you can bend the arm more to dish out a few additional reps if you like 👍 #bodybuilding #Fitness #lift #fy
