@yummy_little_belly: THE EASIEST BANANA BREAD CINNAMON ROLLS! Ingredients * 170g (1/2 us cup) ripe banana * 160g (1 1/4 us cups) self raising flour * 30g (1/4 us cup) melted butter or dairy free butter * Cinnamon powder * Brown sugar or coconut sugar * FOR THE GLAZE : 2 tablespoons icing sugar (optional- avoid for younger babies) Method 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C/350F. 2. In a medium bowl mash bananas with a fork then add self raising flour and mix all together to make a dough. (Gradually add more flour if the dough is too sticky, but try not adding to much or the cinnamon rolls will turn out too hard). 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx 1 centimetre thick). 4. Brush the top with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon and the brown sugar. 5. Cut the rectangle into 7-8 strips. 6. Roll up each individual strip into a roll. 7. Then, transfer them into a buttered baking tray. If desired, make sure each piece is sticking together. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges start to turn golden. 8. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool. While cooling, prepare the glaze. To make the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoon water, until the desired consistency is reached. 9. Buon appetito! 😋 👶🏻 Suitable from 12+ months. ❄️ Store in the fridge in a airtight container for 2-3 days or freeze up to 3 months. #babyledweaning #babyfood #breakfast #kidsbreakfast #kidssnack #healthyfood #healthybreakfast #blwideas #blwrecipes #blwinspiration #toddlerlife #toddlerbreakfast #toddlerrecipes #healthybreakfast #snack #healthysnack #carros #babyledeating #cinnamonrolls #firstfoods #whatmytoddlereats #whatmybabyeats #blwjourney #banana #mrshincharmy #bananabread #easysnack #motherhood

Maybe adding a tiny bit of butter and cream to the mix would make them less dry
