First off, it is absolutely ok if you don't feel up to workouts at all. Many individuals (including myself) opt to mainly rest during the first few months. Give yourself permission to do this. If you do have time throughout the day where you don't feel like garbage, try this gentle workout for some light activity. This can be bodyweight only, or add in some light dumbbells. 1-3x through | 6-12 reps each | rest as needed Comment with questions, like, and save for later!
