@psowhatt: Psoriasis healing progress(back edition) I've been on ciclosporin for a couple of months now, mainly tapering off it for now. It has been a wild journey from clear skin to peak flare and back to clear skin. Psoriasis is unfortunately a chronic condition that you have for life. Many people have commented, asking me to try certain diets, ehile im grateful for all your suggestions, I have decided against any extreme diets for now as i've already tried them before years ago without seeing much change to my psoriasis. In fact i acheived my previous remission while i was at my unhealthiest eating junk.
