@runcoachbrian: (Possible) stress fracture wasn’t on my off-season bingo card 🤔Injuries really are the perfect time to reflect on where you are in your running journey…especially if it’s bad enough where you can run longer than you ever have since starting to run a decade ago! I’m keeping the big picture in mind and know that I have many more races in my future. While it isn’t ideal, I do think I could benefit from a big break from going for a run. Injuries are almost a given for most runners, so it’s what you do with them that makes you a true champion 👑 Also note- this workout is a perfect example of just going with it. I took a Peloton strength class and couldn’t do half of the things. I modified everything and did what I could.
