In general, the weight will be exactly right on point, or with a difference of 0.1g . You might get very occasional 0.2g to 0.3g difference, but even with that, it won't affect your extraction, or at least it won't drastically affect it. . You will be able to calibrate the grinder from time to time if you wish, we guess our Libra needs that calibration as we have been moving it a lot lately. .
