My daughter has severe PF she had to get fitted for insoles. New balance are the best shoes for PF and never go barefoot

I use to wear a boot for plantar fasciitis. Lots of stretching your feet helps. But I don't have any control over flares unfortunately.

I use to have it, podiatrist told me to stand on the edge of a step (ball and toes of your feet and lift up and down. I did this for 6 month

Never go barefoot … put on therapeutic footwear. Birkenstock is good. Mine took 6 months to heal 🥲

I ended up having to get a Cortizone shot in my heel because the pain was so bad and the foot doctor never did anything for me

I had planter fasciitis and stopped wearing flats, flip flops and bar feet around the house and it went away, I got a good pair of house slippers

Dont wear boots or flat shoes. Rub a gold ring on your eye. It helps
