The airport is not an accurate representation of cost. Neither are the major cities ppl go to ie. LA, Las Vegas, NYC.

Tips aren’t really a think in the U.K., you can tip if you want but we hardly do because usually our tips are split round all the staff at the end-

Think of it this way, the waiter or waitress is basically working directly for you - running ur food order. So pay them accordingly. I usually give $20 or 20%. whichever is higher.
