Sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant. Now add 3-4 cups of heavy cream. (Stir well and bring to a simmer on medium-high heat) 1.5) At this point I’d start boiling our water for our pasta 2.) Once our sauce is at a simmer we will start to season with the seasonings listed below: (Season according to taste, but here’s a start) 1 tsp Salt & Pepper (each) 1 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp Onion Powder 1-2 tsp pepper flakes (optional) (Stir in all purpose seasonings well) 3.) Once we have our sauce seasoned and simmering we will add in a handful (or two ;)) of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Continue to stir until it’s well incorporated 4.) Once our pasta is ready we’ll add it into our sauce and mix it all together well. (Top with some more Parmesan and fresh parsley or basil) 5.)
