i’ve been trying to move up at the VA for YEARS. Every single person i’ve ever asked for advice from always says to put i’m an expert in every question, or else i will not get in. I do not have the experience to match up with the questionnaire. But i am internal (6 years) and i know i can do the job. Is it just that you can not get these positions at all unless you have experience in every area?
