@cammensah: Yes buying the house and creating content are not the same opportunities. But what they do have in common is that they are/were generational opportunities. I was talking to my dad about what the process of buying a house was like back then and it's crazy how much more simple it was. Sure things were relative to how much you were earning but most people could actually afford a home. For our generation (Millennials, Gen Z etc) outright owning a home has become increasingly difficult. But you do own real estate, it's just digital. Some people choose to claim their digital real estate by posting selfies and sharing what they had for lunch. You're already doing it, so why turn your content into an asset? Just like how a house can be an asset. The magnitude of this opportunity is $500bn dollars and will most likely be way more in the future. That's according to Goldman Sachs who reported that the creator economy could reach that by 2027. You don't think you could get a piece of that pie, that would enable you to then buy a house? You don't have to be making millions, I mean what would six figures do for you right now? Most likely a lot I get it too, some people don't want to be on camera or write content or make a podcast. Doesn't matter. If you have the right skill sets you can help creators who make the content and make bank at the time. I know this because I did it and at the time of posting this, still doing it. Start buying up land (launch an account) Build digital homes (Posting content) Rent it out (Monetize) And watch your life change.
