Hummus was a no for my kids for a long time. I bought the red pepper hummus and slowly added more and more regular until they would eat regular hummus too.

Do you get to eat with the kids? I worked at a daycare and they actually encouraged the daycare employees to eat with the children because it teaches them how to act at the table, and for safety.
