I love it❤️❤️I think it's great that you're trying. Dates should always be eaten in odd numbers. either 1 or 3 or 5 etc. you should eat warm soup, it is good for the stomach

Wait I love this. Eat whatever you want, but it’s recommended to break your fast with dates and water. Take a quick breather and then eat food, but eat slowly so you don’t bloat! Good luck 🥹✨

My tip is to slow down drinking water at first just start with 3 dates or dates smoothie then a soup you can pray after then start eating as you wish

When you’re drinking water, take small sips and don’t just drink it all in 1 gulp, pause 3 times, and drink while sitting down, that way your liver won’t get hurt and will take everything slowly 😇♥️
