I’ve always had the same experience until once I fell on a super sweet manager in store that saw how much I spent in the store and refunded me. Awful customer service tbh

You should be able to just drive to the store and bring ur receipts and tags and say I got this and found a hole and show them and they’ll refund u and u can buy it new , online it’s impossible
