basic rule....calorie deficit works. you can work out for hours but if you don't control calorie intake your weight won't be less. it's simple.

Take it from someone that has lost and gained weight plenty of time (I know it’s bad lol) , caloric deficit. Eat more protein to keep yourself full , and drink plenty of water .
