LOVE cable rdls. More control and I'm able to go heavier on the weights without worrying about dropping them. You can also do cable sumo squats with the bar in your arms like that just step closer

so I tried these and with the amount of weight I do they hurt my arms and engage my biceps trying to hold them up. Try using a close grip handle(triangle thing) if y’all have the same issue as me
