1 lb of sliced beef 1/2 tsp baking soda 1tsp corn starch 1 tbsp shaoxing wine 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Oyster sauce. This is what I do. Best Asian beef ever.

1/2tsp soda per pound with a 1/4 soy sauce. add 1tsp corn starch, pepper corns and minced garlic and ginger, marinate 1-4 hours. u now have Chinese style fried beef 👍
