Vasovagal always takes me by surprise too lol! It’s because you were straining on the toilet and you saw the blood. I vasovagal when I get hurt too lol

I also get a vasovagal response with blood, but not always! Birth I'm totally fine, but my kid gets a bloody lip and I go down 🤣

I’ve been diagnosed with vasovagal nerve since I was 11. Anything that makes me anxious causes that nerve to act up and I pass out. It also happens on the toliet sometimes as well
