@uncle.rommy: 🚨5 minute Forearm Circuit🚨 Forearms get disrespected and l'd be lying if I said I don't disrespect them from time to time By the end of your lift the last thing you have energy for is “forearm work” I saw this sledgehammer in this corner at the gym collecting dust for years Until I realized the best things in life are hidden but in plain sight So I picked it up and haven’t looked back since No more mindlessly wrist curling to oblivion with a barbell behind your arse The circuit is Quick Healed my elbow tendinitis (you can feel the pain going away as you are doing it) My wrists are stronger than ever And as a result and what was NOT expected… my other lifts increased It's an EASY plug and play and a go to in my routine
