try a 1998 ford explorer 4x4 was stuck under it 2 hours with 2 flats jack stands failed. 2 broken Collor bones but haven't fixed a car after that

Allways jack + stand. If you TaKe wheel off set it under the skirt. When i was 13 allmost lost my Legs Cause the jack slipped.

Also if you don’t have jack stands and your just swapping the wheel, put the wheel not being used at the moment under the car near the jack, better for it to fall on the wheel than on to you

Use the Jack as a back up, put something under the tires as a back up to the back up , chok block the ground tires, use Jack stands. Make sure you have a level surface. Know the weight capacity.

my friends dad died like this. she was out shopping with her mom and when they got home he was in the garage with the car on top of him. he accidentally kicked the jack. this is way U use jack stands

He’s very lucky happened to one of my buddy’s his girl called and me and a few other buddy’s we flew their and got the car off of him but it was a brutal sight please make sure you properly set up
