I often reflect on the scripture Mark 11:25 NIV [25] And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.” I can't help but wonder how many of us are unintentionally letting our unforgiveness block our blessings? It's so common for us to get to get mad to God for "ignoring" our prayers, but in reality He has written instructions in the scriptures on exactly how He wants us to live. These instructions are for our good. Science is finally catching up with the scriptures and proving that there are studies clearly linking unforgiveness (which causes stress) with heart issues and chronic diseases. It's literally killing us. Don't wait until tomorrow, forgive now. If not for them; do it because God said so. Then, reap the rewards of your obedience.
