They were always in the same place. Curious, I launched my hydrophone to capture the sound of these rising bubbles. What I hear in my headphones is surprising: I didn't expect it to sound like that 😵‍💫 I'm still looking for an answer about these bubbles. • It's certainly not an animal... Maybe it's pockets of methane gas trapped in the mud, which are released by bubbling to the surface? • I don't know if it could be photosynthesis... Aquatic plants, like land plants, convert light energy into chemical energy. This process, called photosynthesis, produces oxygen as a by-product.
