Family style spinach and cheese burekas, perfect for breakfast fast, entertaining, or feedeing a large crowd.  You can use any cheeses of your choice and any toppings too. You can skip the spinach if you’d like and you can also add olives, chives, or canned mushrooms to the cheese mixture.  CHATIMA TOVA✨ Tip: Make sure your cheese are all cold, straight from the fridge. This will ensure that your mixture isn’t too watery. Make sure to thaw your dough in the fridge.
