Period knickers are so good. Before I bought them I thought it would be gross but they are so much better than pads. I don't have heavy periods though so don't know what it's like for heavier flows.

So much more comfortable than pads. No itchiness or uncomfortableness from pad. Thought it would be a weird smell but absolutely nothing. Totally recommend after using pads and tampons for years.

I have just been put on tranexamic acid for lighter periods and Mefenamic acid for making pain bearable and can confirm has changed my life the endo girlies and pcos girlies need to know about it.

I wore tampons during day, but at night I’d just have a pad and I’d always feel it coming and would sit on the toilet , i rarely soiled pads .
