@knorr K-Rib Sandwich // a sandwich so delicious I had to recreate it for our boys! #KnorrPartner Be sure to grab your favorite Knorr products (including the granulated chicken bouillon I used in this recipe - a staple in the Bauchmann household!) and all the ingredients here at @Walmart ! #knorr #dinneridea #EasyRecipe INGREDIENTS (makes 4 sandwiches): BBQ Sauce: 1 cup dark brown sugar 1 cup ketchup 3 tbsp molasses 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 2 tsp Knorr Granulated Chicken Bouillon  1 tsp ground black pepper Ribs: 1 lb lean ground pork 1/4 cup cornstarch 3 tbsp cold water Sandwiches: 4 hoagie rolls, toasted Pickle slices While onion, sliced INSTRUCTIONS: BBQ SAUCE: whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, molasses, apple cider vinegar, bouillon, and ground black pepper in a sauce pan over medium heat until brought to a boil. Whisk frequently. Once boiling, bring down to a simmer for 10 minutes and set aside. RIBS: in a medium bowl, combine pork, cornstarch, water and bouillon. On a sheet covered with foil, divide into 4 patties, shaped into rectangles. cover patties with plastic wrap and use a wooden spoon handle to cut indentations into patties to look like rubs Preheat and add 2 tbsp olive oil to griddle, evenly distributing around griddle. Add patties to griddle once temp reaches 425, cook patties 6 minutes on each side. While patties are cooking, toast inside of buns on griddle (2 minutes approx). SANDWICH: brush inside of hoagie roll with bbq sauce, then add rib pattie. Brush on more sauce, layer on onions and pickles. Add top bun, serve and enjoy!
