Every time I make a dip I think, would @ayesha_rare approve 😬 Serves 6-8 Ingredients 30 medium sized dates pitted 8 ounces feta ½ cup whole milk or full fat coconut milk 1 lemon zested ⅓ cup pomegranate seeds ⅓ cup chopped pistachio 6 pieces of toast (depends on the size of the toast) -Place the dates in a glass bowl and cover with boiling water. Let sit for 15 minutes then strain them. -To a food processor or blender add the dates, feta, milk and lemon zest and blend until creamy and smooth. -Add to a bowl and top with pistachio and pomegranate seeds or pipe onto a toast and finish with pomegranate and pistachio #EasyRecipe #holidayrecipes #thanksgivingdinner #holidayappetizer
