I take mine at night each time. It helps tremendously! And I drink a protein shake right before I inject. Also helps.

The side effects don’t happen that fast, it’s usually the next 24-48 hours that are rough so I don’t get the whole taking it at night

This didn’t work for me, my nausea was mild when I started but it woke me up. I kept going though, down 20 lbs in 2 months. 😊
