Man I despise they made Starkiller non-canon. It’s one of the only stories that shows Vader legitimately wanting to overthrow and kill the Emperor by showing he knows he can’t do it alone.

it's more about keeping Vader in check, sith lords have an issue with being murdered by their apprentice it kind of comes with the whole sith thing.

while you are right about the armer but why Vader don't use lightning because he physically can't because you need organic arms to do it ( robot arms can't do it because no force running through them)

Palpatine didn't really care about the duel with Obi-Wan, he just made Vader's suit suck so Palpatine would always have a combat edge on Vader, and to keep Vader in pain

Ppl have to realize, Palpatine was the only person Anakin had left. He had lost everyone else in his life that he cared about, so after everything was said and done he didn’t want to kill Palpatine.

And i believe Palpatine actually made the suit to where it restricted a lot of Vader's movement which is why Vader fights the way he does, he can't fight like he used to he simply lacks the mobility
