Allow the govt to help you raise the kids well. Just request weekly access to the kids. Why do you want to take them back? but she could have taken them back to Nigeria before the govt collected them

I don't think the government will hand the kids to her bcoz all the children born in Germany belongs to the government except if the kids are born in Nigeria b4 relocating to Germany.
