every small engine like that comes with the same oil chart that tells you what oil to run at what temp and the ALL say that full synthetic 5w30 is the only one suitable for colder temps.

both those bottles have detergents.. non detergent sar 30 is LUBRICATING oil and meant for air compressors and hydraulic oil.
