I was in similar situation with our 4th. I'd stop taking the pill for medical reasons (he new) and he'd also refused to get the snip. I told him I was pregnant and he booked it the next day 🤣.

Anytime I hear natural family planning I just giggle. Everyone that does this doesn’t have a clue about how much work goes into doing it “right”. Even when done “right” it’s nowhere near 100%
