I always keep all of the pieces apart air drying until I use it again, I haven’t had to wash it, and I haven’t had the bad smell. It’s my absolute favorite and keeps my floors sooooo clean.

Worth it. I have two one for each floor. I’ve convinced friends and family to get one 😂cleaning it is easy, and there’s replacement parts for cleaning cycles.
