I got stuck north of Donner Pass without cables. Bought some. There was a guy installing them on the shoulder of the hwy for $25. Offered him $40 to teach me. So easy.

Those aren’t snow chains but it’s okay I live in ca too. And snow chains are hard to put on kinda you have to drive over them and for me that’s nerve wracking 😭
