powerless reads like a bad fanfic of red queen except i couldn’t choke down more than one book of powerless (painful) and i smashed through the entire red queen series in a week.

I didn’t like Red Queen, and I didn’t know that Powerless was basically the same book but worse when I picked it up. After reading a couple of chapters, it made me want to go reread Red Queen 😭

I never wanted to read powerless, because I thought that this book is like all the other Booktok books. Enemies to lovers, a lot of spice ect. But I'm really interested in red queen
