peanut butter stuffed chocolate cookies filling: 1/4 cup (64g) unsweetened peanut butter 1/8 cup (15g) powdered sugar 1/4 tsp (1g) vanilla *mix together well and then scoop into 6-7 balls. set in the freezer to chill while working on the dough. dough: 1/2 cup (113g) butter 3/4 cup (150g) brown sugar 1/4 cup (50g) white sugar 1 egg 1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla 1 1/4 cup (155g) flour 1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp (4g) cornstarch 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder 1/4 tsp (1g) baking soda 1 cup (170g) chocolate chips (save 1/4 cup for toppings) *cream together the sugars, and butter. then mix in vanilla and egg. in another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarcg, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. add the dry to the wet and fold gently until its almost fully combined. add in the chocolate chips. scoop our tough into 6-7 portions. flatten the dough a bit and then add the peanut butter mixture. fold up to cover all the edges. bake at 375 for 13 min. optional: press on more chocolate chips when they come out of the oven recipe ib: sugarspunrun #peanutbutter #cookies #baketok #Recipe #stuffedcookies
