@alexismswan: Menstrual phase chocolate tahini banana bread Ingredients 3 large ripe bananas ⅓ cup Tahini ⅓ cup Olive Oil ⅓ cup Nut Milk 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract ½ teaspoon Salt 3/4 cup chestnut flour ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 2 teaspoons Baking Powder ½ teaspoon Baking Soda ⅓ chocolate chips or chopped baking chocolate Mash bananas and stir in wet ingredients. When well incorporated, add dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Finally, stir in chocolate chips. I sprinkled more over the top as well. Bake in a parchment paper lined loaf pan at 350 for about 35-45 mins until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. I topped mine with some peanut butter but totally up to you!
