Today we’re making these super chewy and moreish cheese rolls known as Pao de Quiejo from Brazil 🇧🇷 Any Brazilians out there, let me know how I did 🫶🏻 📌RECIPE BELOW - yields 9 Gather 160ml milk 160ml water 35ml sunflower oil / veg oil 225g tapioca flour 1 large egg 85g grated mozzarella 65g grated parmigiana Pinch of salt Method 1.)Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan. In a saucepan, add the milk, water, and oil and place over a high heat. Stir and once it comes to a boil, remove off the heat. 2.) In a standing mixer, add the tapioca flour and warm milk mixture. Knead for 2 minutes until the dough forms. 3.) Add in the egg and pinch of salt. Continue kneading on a medium speed for another 3-4 minutes. 4.) Add in the grated cheeses and knead again for another minute until they’ve combined with the dough. 5.) Using your hands or spoons, form the cheese rolls taking about a heaped tbsp of the dough. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 6.) Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden on top. For the best taste, serve whilst warm. #cheese #paodequeijo #Recipe

The thing about getting pão de queijo advice from Brazilians is that it depends on which state they're from. I'm from Minas where pão de queijo is from but live in Rio where pão de queijo sucks
