Its pretty surprising maybe im just super luck but i have a rouge with a cvt and its on 200k miles absolutely no major issues just mandatory upkeep

I have a forever closed cvt in my Toyota. 113k so far no problems. Tried to get another 5 speed but they’re basically extinct now. Le sigh. I hate how squishy it feels to drive. Lol

for those that don’t know cvts are great transmissions, nissan cvt’s on the other hand are the problem.

cvt are great. some manufacturers make bad ones and they all get a bad rap. but we'll built ones will last forever if maintained properly
