Ingrediente – 2 porții: • 200 g iaurt vegetal tip grecesc (soia sau cocos, neîndulcit) • 150 g cremă Philadelphia din migdale • 25 g sirop de arțar (sau alt îndulcitor lichid preferat) • 30 g semințe de chia • 8 g cacao amăruie • Fulgi de cocos după gust (opțional) Mod de preparare: Într-un bol, amestecă iaurtul vegetal cu crema philadelphia vegană și siropul de arțar. Adaugă semințele de chia și cacaoa, apoi amestecă bine. Lasă la frigider 15–30 minute pentru ca semințele de chia să se hidrateze. Presară fulgi de cocos înainte de servire, dacă dorești.
