and ppl don’t realize that tip out is based on SALES not tips so when someone doesn’t tip you literally have to pay your busser/food runner from your own money 😭😭

We tip our busser 10% of what we make and if it’s 2 bussers 7%.. we keep all our tips too at the end of the night

When I waitressed, I called that “working from my apron”. I worked 2 places and 1 had a typical register and 1 didn’t, so you worked from your apron when people paid with cash. Not sure why. 🤷🏻♀️

How are you liking the tip card? I work part time as a server. We make $2.13 p/h and have to tip out 5% of our SALES so we have to tip out regardless if we get a tip.
