Tbh, a lot of "AI" right now is a ponzi scheme. People are basically selling a FOMO vision of something that doesn't exist yet (self-referential AI) to get money to build software with less control, reliability and safeguards. There will be some great tools coming out of this era of VC hype but it's still mostly hype and most hype collapses.
