Like I said before, no matter what sport you play, the best ability is "durability" You see this in the pros, a guy/girl could be really good at their sport but can't happen to stay injury free No matter what age/level you are, you need to focus on building a durable base! This includes doing alot of balance training, and a lot of proprioception work The better you understand your own body, the less likely you are to have injuries, here is why?
